According to the New Orleans Saints, the team has come to terms with offensive tackle Charles Brown.
Brown, who played at the University of Southern California, was originally projected to be a first round selection but fell to the Saints, who made him the 64th overall pick in the 2010 NFL Draft.
Brown, who stands 6’5” and weighs 297 pounds, signed a four year deal though he is not expected to see much action in the 2010 season. The Black and Gold offensive line was one of the strong points of the World Champions and all of its starting players have returned.
With four of the six players drafted by the Saints now under contract, the team has yet to reach deals with first round draft selection cornerback Patrick Robinson and third round draft selection tight end Jimmy Graham.
